Have only had two half teaspoons so far, taken to stop sneezing and my nose running after disturbing some dust it definitely does help.Also want to say that the tub was so much easier to open than others I've had from elsewhere, and once opened there's an inner cap / seal that's separate from the lid which I think is a really good idea. Thanks ;-)
