It's taken us a long time to source our own version of what we've been taking for the last 10 years. We wanted a 1000mg Omega 369 products that was made with ingredients that fitted our ethos, so here it is.

Importantly the Omega 3 content is made using a process called 'Supercritical Extraction' with C02 keeping our Omega 3 fish oil super fresh. The Omega 3 is formulated from Non-GMO sardines and anchovies.

The Omega 6 content is from Non-GMO Cold Pressed Flaxseed Oil. Flaxseed Oil naturally contains Omega 3,6,7 & 9 essential fatty acids, which are needed for optimum health. Flax Oil is especially rich in Omega 6 as Alpha-Linoleic Acid, Omega 7 as Palmitic 
Acid, & Omega 9 as Oleic Acid, along with other Omega 6s and Omega 9s.

Our Omega 9 is taken from Non-GMO Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil. Sunflower Seed Oil is very high in Omega 9 Oleic Acid, it is also rich in Omega 6 as Gamma-Linolenic Acid along with Omega 3s & other Omega 6s.
