I started taking Allicin 10 days ago so it's early days yet to give a proper review. When I opened the bottle it did smell a little of garlic but it doesn't taste of it, it doesn't repeat on me and is gentle on my stomach. My blood pressure has been very high for years it's regularly over 90 (diastolic, bottom number) I took my BP last night and it was definitely lower so fingers crossed it's helping to bring it down.
