Vitamin D3 according to the NHS Vitamin D helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body. These nutrients are needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy

Vitamin K2 as Mk7 According to the NHS Vitamin K is a group of vitamins that the body needs for blood clotting, helping wounds to heal. There's also some evidence vitamin K may help keep bones healthy. MK7 is the only active form of vitamin K2.  

Rosehip Extract has been used by herbalists and could relieve some symptoms associated with rheumatoid arthritis. Rosehip contains Vitamin A (cartenoids), E and B Vitamins like B5 & folate, along with essential minerals like magnesium & zinc. Rosehips also contain flavonoids, β-sitosterol, & malic acid.

L-lucine is an essential amino acid used in sport to enhance recovery and helps to maintain muscle mass according to an NHS study. 

Vitamin C as Ascorbyl Palmitate is a fat soluble version of Vitamin C and is an essential vitamin helping to protect cells, maintains blood vessels, skin, bones and cartlidge.
