I take Vit C 5gms daily. If I feel a cold starting (which is rare). I take it every hour until the symptoms subside. I had cystitis and took the Vit C hourly and the next day the pain and discomfort was gone. It's amazing stuff. I always buy from Health Bunker because I Know that it is good quality.
